Top 5 World Problems

Top 5 World Problems:
1. Terrorism
2. Global Warming
3. Homelessness
4. Crime
5. Traffic
I believe that terrorism is the world's top problem because it costs the lives of many innocent people and there is no easy solution to terrorism. It scares many people across the globe and has to be stopped soon.

Solutions:
1. The solution to traffic is probably the most possible to implement, I think that there should be a new form of transportation that is a little smaller than a car. Roads could also possibly be widened in order to reduce the amount of traffic.
2. I believe the solution to global warming is the next most possible to implement. We should find another form of fuel for cars and make it easily accessible for people to use.
3. Crime is the next most feasible in my opinion. If we hired more police officers and used cameras in public places, that would deter people from committing crimes.
4. Homelessness is an extremely tricky issue to solve. But if more jobs were created in the United States somehow, these people could earn an income and not live on the streets.
5. Terrorism is nearly impossible to solve. I have no idea how we can combat terrorism enough to put an end to it.
The solution to the traffic problem is most possible to implement because all other issues require more than just money. The traffic issue can be solved simply by either funding wider roads, or a new form of transportation.

  1. Tristian,

I agree with all your choices that were chosen for this assignment. Your first choice was exactly my first choice! Terrorism was a great choice because that is something we deal with every day all around the world. It's the sad truth but we all face this issue and people are dying and getting hurt. Your post was interesting because I really did not think to post terrorism as one of my top concerns. Good thinking! If you want you can totally check out my blog and compare answers.

  2. I agree with your reasoning for terrorism to be the world's top problem. I worded it differently, but I said that violence in general is the world's main issue. I believe that everybody should have the opportunity to live peacefully and for somebody to take another's life away is the most unfair act I can think of. 3. Hi Tristan,
I enjoyed reading what you believe to be the top five problems and which ones you think are the top problem and solution. I had many of the same topics, except for traffic. I was curious about it, but I agree it does seem like the most implementable solution.

  4. I think these are very important topics in our world, and I'm glad to see someone else echoing these themes. Your solutions highlighted some good general direction, but it will be exciting to see what details go into each of these solutions. Our generation will see some incredible humanitarian feats! Here is my blog post if you would like to see my thoughts: http://poweredbysuccess.blogspot.com/2016/01/the-dark-side-of-innovation-our-worlds.html
