Half-Way Reflection

1. This class is not all that difficult but you get out what you put in to it. So I've learned to keep pushing when I'm tired and don't want to finish a reading, or when I don't feel like doing an assignment. I also want to graduate and get an A in this class, so it's not hard to be tenacious when it is required.
2. I feel like I've developed a tenacious attitude through the various assignment that we've had to do even when I felt uncomfortable doing them or just plain did not want to do them. I feel like giving up every time I have to read the text book, but I always finish the readings.
3.  Three tips I would give are 1) Create a schedule and stick to it. 2) Be organized. 3) Always be confident in your abilities to complete an assignment even when you feel uncomfortable.

  2. Hi Tristan, I really liked your tip of being confident even when you feel uncomfortable. I think that this is a trait that can be implemented to all aspects of life. Being confident, especially, when approaching strangers and creating elevator pitches improve the scenarios immensely. Fake it until you make it is a very good way to think about it in regards to confidence.

  3. I enjoyed your post. I think you hit it right on the head with your comment about only getting out of it what you put into it. It is a class were you can put in a little effort and still get by, but what you receive from it might not be that much. I also agree with your three tips towards succeeding in this class, you must be willing to leave your comfort zone.
